This notice explains how we handle the personal data you send us through this website, under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we collect
Only what you send us through the forms on this site:
- Free preview request: agency name, your name and role, email, phone number and a link to one of your listings. From the listing we use the published photos, only to create your preview.
- Contact form: your email (required) and, if you choose to add them, your name, agency and message.
Required fields are needed to reply to you: without them we cannot handle your request.
Why we use it and on what basis
- To prepare and send the preview you asked for and answer your questions: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- If you become a client, to deliver the work and meet legal obligations (e.g. tax): contract and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising, and we make no automated decisions.
Who receives the data
- Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA), which hosts the site and receives the forms as a data processor.
- Our email provider (Aruba S.p.A., Italy), where requests are delivered.
Your data is never sold or passed on to anyone else.
Transfers outside the European Union
Netlify is based in the United States. The transfer relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, as set out in Netlify’s data processing agreement.
How long we keep it
- Requests that do not lead to a job: 24 months from the last contact, then deleted.
- If you become a client: for the duration of the relationship and, for tax records, as long as the law requires (10 years).
Cookies
This site uses no cookies, neither technical nor profiling, and no analytics or tracking tools. That is why there is no cookie banner.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to its processing or receive it in a portable format, by writing to d.cetrano@morfeostudio.com. We reply within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority in your country.
